HMB Series Horizontal High Pressure Centrifugal Pump

Product overview
HMB centrifugal pump is a horizontal multi-stage high-pressure pump specially designed for reverse osmosis applications.
They are widely used in building services, water supply and treatment, irrigation, irrigation, drainage, liquid delivery, food chemical and other general industrial applications. Their desigr and construction ensure safe and reliable performance while providing its continuous service life at an economical and efficient cost. HMB pump has the most comprehensive hydraulic coverage and suitable for all industries of materials.

Pump performance range

Flow range: 0-650 m³/h
Head range: 0-1100m

Product features
Corrosion greater than 3mm can be widely used in corrosive applications.
The high efficiency balancing drum design ensures the axial load of the two sealed thrust bearings at high suction pressure and low residual thrust.
The seal housing is constructed to accommodate a wide range of seal designs and configurations to meet stringent heavy duty requirements.
The heavy-duty rigid solid shaft design ensures operating speeds above critical RPM and axial deflection of less than 0.05mm at all operating conditions, which extends the pump and seal life.
Precision casting and dynamic balancing impeller reduce vibration and ensure its smooth operation.
CFD design of impeller and diffuser to optimize hydraulic performance.
High-performance materials, wear-resistant rings and balancing devices improve work efficiency and reduce downtime.
The standard for heavy duty bearings and sliding bearings is applied to all Geclt HMB pumps to ensure their service life and reliability.
Excellent interchangeability of parts minimizes the stock level of spare parts.
Materials are cast steel, stainless steel 304, 316, 316L.
Suction and delivery flange connections up to design ratedworking pressure. Available with ANSI, DIN or JIS flanges.
