SSP Series Submersible Centrifugal Pump

Range of application 
SSP series submersible sewage pump is mainly used for municipal engineering. building construction, industria sewage, hotels, hospitals, civil air defense, mines and other industries can be used for the discharge of solid particles andall kinds of long fiber sewage, wastewater, rainwater and urbar living water.

Conditions of use 
Medium temperature is not more than 40 C, medium density ≤1200kg/cm³, PH value in the range of 5-9.

Refer to the pump operation manual and installation drawing for the minimum operating liquid level.

Rated voltage is 380V, rated frequency is 50Hz.

The maximum diameter of solid particles through the pump shall not be greater than 50% of the diameter of the pump outlet.

Structure that 
Bearings: NSK bearings imported. Its reasonable bearing confiquration can extend the service life of the pump Cooling: the built-in cooling system, whether the motor is on or below the liquid level, can make the pump work normally, and part of the pumped liquid circulates from the pump body to the cooling cylinder and housing to take away the heat generatedby the motor. When external cooling is required, the cooling jacket can be separated from the pump body and connected to a separate cooling system.
Motor: the motor is F class insulation, and the protection grade is IP68.
Mechanical seal: choose German borgmann mechanical seal, two mechanical seals working independently in series. The motor is sealed off from the pump to provide double protectior for the motor.
The pump side sealing material is tungsten carbide, and the motor side sealing material is graphite silicon carbide.
Oil chamber: additional safety feature that lubricates and cools mechanical seals and prevents liquid from penetrating the motor. The amount of air left inside can reduce the accumula tion of pressure in the oil chamber.
Impeller: the impeller is optimally designed to deliver fluid with optimum flow and speed and maximum efficiency withou clogging.
At each operating point, there are suitable impellers to choose from. According to the pumping medium, there are single flow channel, double flow channel, blade impeller to choose.
Shaft: pump and motor coaxial, shaft end sealing device, so tha the shaft is not in contact with the pumping medium, protec the shaft from corrosion, shaft suspension design as short as possible, reduce the shaft deflection, and reduce vibration extend the service life of mechanical seals and bearings, reduce operating noise.
